 Rates are based on double occupancy and include breakfast. The charge for an additional person in a room is $25 per night for the rooms that can accommodate more than 2. The Massachusetts Room Occupancy Tax of 9.7% will be added to these rates.
Deposits Reservations for 2 nights or less must be accompanied by payment of one night's lodging. For longer stays a 50% deposit is required with the balance payable on arrival. All deposits must be received within one week of the reservation order.
Minimum Stay From May through October Beechwood requires a minimum stay of two nights on weekends and three nights on certain holiday weekends. Please inquire if you need fewer nights - we may have someone starting or ending a stay during a weekend that matches you needs.
Payment for lodging may be made with cash, US dollar traveler's checks, or credit card - Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Personal checks may be used for advance deposits but not for balances due at the inn.
Cancellation If you cancel 15 days or more before your arrival date there is a flat $25 service charge. If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date there is a $25 service charge if the room is rebooked. If the room is not rebooked your deposit is not refunded. Deposits apply to all days of a reserved stay. Reservations confirmed with gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policies.
Check-out time is 11:00 am
Check-in time is anytime after 2:00 pm. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 pm please let us know - we can arrange a late self check-in.
 Beechwood is a non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Beechwood accommodates children 12 and older.
Beechwood does not accommodate pets.
